All products sold by our shop are handmade and may have slight individual differences.
Some items are made to order and may require up to one month for production and dispatch.

Article 3: Order Confirmation
A sales contract is established when your order is completed and our shop sends a confirmation email.
Cancellations after confirmation are generally not accepted.

Article 4: Pricing and Payment
All listed prices include tax. Shipping costs and any applicable payment processing fees are displayed during checkout.
Payments can be made via Shopify Payments using major credit cards, PayPal, etc.

Article 5: Shipping
Orders are shipped from Paris, France via La Poste with tracking.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the shipping provider.

Article 6: Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy is as stated in our Return Policy.
We do not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons.

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, belongs to KAORI embroidery.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from natural disasters, postal accidents, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Article 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In case of disputes, the competent court in the jurisdiction of our business base shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
