Returns & Exchanges
As all items are handmade and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons.
However, we will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged or defective

You received the wrong item
If any of the above apply, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.
Kindly attach a photo clearly showing the issue.

If your return or exchange is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear depending on your credit card company or bank.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it yet,

Note:
Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in embroidery or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.
